This one-hour Sunday Sound Bath is built around a deep 100Hz Tibetan singing bowl — resonating in the low heart chakra range — holding the foundation of the entire track.
As the bowl is tapped and gently played, water inside forms geometric patterns through vibration — sound made visible.
Above this grounding frequency, a rain stick excites the upper harmonics while a six-voice choir tones a G fundamental with harmonised fifths. A sparse melody floats over the top.
This is not only a listening experience.
It is a one-hour participatory practice container.
You are invited to sing along.
There is no “correct” note. Simply experiment and tone the pitch that feels calming and regulating for your nervous system. If you’re unsure, try a few notes and notice which one settles your body.
Instrumentalists are also welcome — flute, violin, guitar, drum — allow the sound to guide you.
This recording is part of the preparation for the upcoming Sound Bath Choir online course launching soon on Skool.
