Do you have tight traps?
It might be because you've been working so long in front of a laptop in a rounded shoulders position.
You can add this mobility exercise to help you fix tight traps.
Wall Slide 2 sets 10 reps
1. Stick your hands to the wall.
2. Raise your hands as far as you can without your hands come off the wall.
3. Press the rib cage down and feel the stretch in your traps and lats.
