نحتاج لتزيين تورتة من طابقين - We need to decorate a two-story cake

أعواد خشبية سميكة - Thick wooden sticks
صحن أو بورد للتقديم - Dish or board to serve
للتزيين كريمة خفق - To decorate with whipping cream
عجينة سكر وقطاعات - Sugar paste and slices

كيفية تثبيت كيكة الطوابق :
يتم ذلك باستخدام اعواد خشبيه أو بلاستكيه فائدتها تعطي للكيك قوة لتتحمل ثقل الطوابق العليا،
ولسهولة نقلها من مكان الى اخر
يتم حساب عدد الاعواد اللازمه لكل قالب من خلال قطر القالب مقسوما على ٥
مثلا قالب قياس قطره ٣٠سم يقسم على ٥ يصبح المجموع ٦ - اي نحتاج الى ٦ اعواد خشبيه لهذه الكيكة
ولكيكه ال٢٥سم نحتاج الى ٥ اعواد وهكذا.
يغرس العود بالكيك المجهز باستقامة الى حد نلاحظ ان العود وصل الى قاعدة الكيكه ويحدد ارتفاع العود بالقلم
ثم يستخرج ويقص بمقص خاص على العلامة المحدده ويرّجع الى الكيكه ، مع وضع قاعده كيك تقص بقياس اقل من قياس الكيكه التاليه نضعها فوق الكيكه التي غرسنا بها الاعواد.
اذا كان الكيك 3 طوابق فما فوق يجب استعمال ايضا عود رئيسي في النصف. حيث يكون مثبت بأسفل القاعدة الرئيسيه ويمر بكل الطوابق وينتهي بنصف الطابق الأعلى.
How to install floor cake:
This is done by using wooden or plastic sticks, the benefit of which gives the cake strength to withstand the weight of the upper floors.
And for easy transfer from one place to another
The number of sticks required for each mold is calculated by the diameter of the mold divided by 5
For example, a mold measuring 30 cm in diameter is divided by 5, the total becomes 6 - meaning we need 6 wooden sticks for this cake
For a 25 cm cake, we need 5 sticks, and so on.
The oud is planted with the prepared cake so straightly that we notice that the oud reached the base of the cake and the height of the oud is determined with a pen.
Then it is extracted and cut with special scissors on the specified mark and returned to the cake, with a cake base that is cut to a size less than the size of the next cake and put it on top of the cake in which we planted the sticks.
If the cake is 3 floors or more, a main stick should also be used in half. Where it is installed at the bottom of the main base and passes through all floors and ends in half of the upper floor.
