5:45 Explanation: Mikael's self-cleanse can be achieved if you time the Mikael's on yourself (or an ally) ~0.2 seconds before the cc hits you, and it will still cleanse that cc. This timing is essential bc you cannot use Mikael's when u are already cced, so it has to be done in that window right before the cc hits you. You can use alt+Mikael's to self-cast cleanse. In this scenario, I utilised the ~0.2 sec window to time this cleanse perfectly on myself
