Tofu Dried Shrimp and Chinese Sausage Casserole 豆腐蝦米臘腸煲
This tofu, dried shrimp and Chinese sausage casserole is a popular Cantonese dish many people make at home. It's easy to make and very satisfying! Fry the tofu until golden and simmer with others ingredients. Transfer to a preheated clay pot when cooked. Simply serve with boiled rice. An aromatic, nutritious and delicious one-pot meal is ready in no time.
這道豆腐蝦米臘腸煲是廣東人眾多家常菜之一。做起來很簡單!將豆腐煎至金黃然後和其他配料一起燜煮,煮熟後轉移到預熱過的砂鍋中. 簡單地與白飯一起食用。 一頓營養又美味的一鍋飯馬上就做好了。
Ingredients 食材:
Firm tofu (緊實豆腐) 600g
Dried shrimps (蝦米) 30g
Chinese sausages 2 (臘腸)
Small Shiitake mushrooms (小香菇) 8
Garlic cloves (蒜(瓣) 3 - 4
Spring onions (蔥) 4
Ginger slices (薑片) 4
Green pepper (青椒) 1
Carrot (紅蘿蔔) 1
Seasoning 調味料:
Shaoxing or any cooking wine (紹興或任何料酒) 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Light soy sauce (生抽) 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Dark soy sauce (老抽) 1 tsp (茶匙)
Oyster sauce (蠔油) 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Salt and white pepper to taste (適量鹽和白胡椒粉)
Sesame oil 1 tsp (麻油)
Other 其他:
Cornflour solution as needed (適量粟粉芡)
