In this video I explain step by step how to apply online on the UHS admission portal for MBBS / BDS in the government (public sector) medical colleges of Punjab, from creating your account to final submission.

Last date (as shown on the UHS portal): Friday, 30 October 2026, 05:00 PM. You can edit your application before the last date.

Key points:
Create an account, then enter the verification code sent to your email
Tick Open Merit AND Reciprocal seats in Program Selection
If your district is under-developed (Bhakkar, Layyah, Mianwali, Kot Addu, Muzaffargarh, Lodhran, DG Khan), also tick the UDD quota seat and upload the UDD documents
Select the MDCAT year that gives you the higher aggregate
Upload documents as JPG or PNG, up to 500 KB, clear and not blurred
Matric / FSc documents should at least be board verified (IBCC done? No need to verify again)
Preference list: select all colleges in your own order of choice, not by aggregate
Keep Mandi Bahauddin Medical College at last preference and Maryam Nawaz Medical College at second last
Generate the challan, pay it at the bank or through your mobile app, then upload the paid challan
Review everything, download the PDF and click Final Submission, otherwise your application will not be accepted
