On July 3, 2019 "Chris" was out filming in public from a public sidewalk when Mendota, IL Police Officer S. Holland illegally stopped and detained him. "Chris" was originally cuffed and told he was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. After being placed in handcuffs and sat in the back of a cop car he was finally released without charges.
