This is our local night market in Fuxin, Liaoning. The vibe here is great—low-key but lively, with a mix of students, families, and late-night snack hunters. The food stalls are packed with everything from 臭豆腐（stinky tofu) to 舒芙蕾(soufflé), and the vendors remember your usual order after a few visits.
We drop by a couple times a week, sometimes for a quick bite, other times just to wander and people-watch. It’s the kind of place that feels familiar but never gets old.
