"I rescued this tough little O'Day sailboat—loyal ol'boat with some scars—and we're fixing the big stuff to get her sailing ASAP. Suzuki outboard tested (fingers crossed she behaves), mast down for care, bulkhead plan underway. Expecting to be on the water sailing by now and delays, we decided to take a quick road trip.
Yeah, I whine for laughs, but truth? I love this boat and everything O'Day stands for. It kills me to see any sailboat headed to the scrapyard. Boats deserve more sunsets, more adventures.
