Описание: Backstory: It was early November when it happened, I come home from work and snapped. I sold my house and all my worldly possessions. It was time for a new start. I told my teenage son, AJ, to hop in the car and we hit the road. And a pothole. And then a tree. It happened just outside of a bustling little town called Sunset Valley. The mayor of the town gifted us a vacant plot of land by the sea and free cab rides around town until I could afford a new car, provided I agreed not to press charges against the main roads department over the accident. So here we are, but something isn't right with me, I don't want to work or play or even be outside. How can I ever prosper in this state?

Rules:
1. Just like a standard Rags to Riches Challenge I am starting out with a vacant block, no household funds and am unable to obtain employment, at least, that is, until I have raised enough lifetime rewards points to change my traits from Couch Potato and Absent minded to something a little less restrictive.

2. AJ is allowed to have a part-time job provided his school grades don't fall below a B, if they do then the challenge is an instant failure.

3. No mods or obvious admin commands

4. Winning conditions are that I must have $100 000 in household funds and have built a fully landscaped and furnished, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

5. Building conditions are that I must befriend the Trades Family members to assist me with the corresponding build, while also increasing my handiness skill. [ To be amended]

6. Skill conditions are that I must first use lifetime rewards to replace all negative traits with corresponding skill aids for e.g. I cannot go past level three in Gardening until I have replaced Hates Outdoors trait with Green Thumb and so on. However, reading skill books and minimal practical skill use is allowed up until level three.
