Jalandhar traffic police employee suspended after bribery video goes viral social media

Описание: A traffic police employee in Jalandhar has been suspended after a video related to an alleged bribery case went viral on social media and taking immediate notice of the matter SSP Harvinder Singh Virk ordered action against the employee.
The employee has been suspended with immediate effect and transferred to Police Lines.
A departmental inquiry has also been ordered and the investigation has been assigned to Lakhwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Detective), Jalandhar Rural.
Police officials said that all facts and circumstances linked to viral video will be thoroughly investigated and further departmental action will be taken based on the findings of inquiry report.
