Описание:
Sit upright on the front of a chair with hands clasped behind the neck for support.
Extend the mid-back by lifting the elbows upwards.
"Lean slightly forward at the hips"; "Elbows in"
You may also lean back into the top of a chair as a fulcrum.
Maintain the position for 1 to 2 seconds, and then return to the starting position.
Repeats the movement rhythmically, aiming to move further towards end range with each repetition.
The movement can be repeated up to 10 times.
