Two-minute microwave cheese sauce | Mumsnet hacks

Описание: Quick, home-made cheese sauce couldn't get any easier than this microwave hack from the Mumsnet forums. Two minutes, four ingredients, and you've got a delicious cheesy sauce for... well, any situation where a cheesy sauce is required. Microwaves vary: adjust your cooking time if necessary to make sure that it's cooked through.

Recipe
Melt two tbsp of butter in the microwave
Add to it 2 tbsp of plain flour
and 1 cup of milk
Whisk together, getting rid of the lumps, then add 1 cup of grated cheese
After a quick stir, pop in the microwave for two minutes – stopping it every thirty seconds for a stir. You'll start to see it thicken after the third time.
Add an optional half tsp of salt, and serve over pasta or veggies.
