With access to freshly harvested ground provisions (dasheen, eddoes, yam and sweet potatoes) at the local market in Bridgetown, I just had to make an iconic Caribbean meal. Paired with stewed smoked herring fillets, tomato, onion, cabbage, garlic, scotch bonnet and herbs).
This was filmed in our one bedroom ocean view suite at the Crane Barbados.
