The trailer from Viacom 18 Studios shows a very familiar setup from the original written by Eric Roth.

The adaption by Atul Kulkarni looks intensely devoted to telling the story of Laal on a way that resonates with anyone that connected to the Forrest Gump tale.

And with Aamir Khan taking on the lead role we can expect a profound performance and a heartfelt revelation of the human experience from the perspective of our Indian brothers and sisters. What a thrill to be expecting this film!

We can’t forget to mention the wonderful Kareena Kapoor who plays Manpreet Kaur, a character resembling Forrest’s “Jenny” from the original Tom Hanks motion picture.

All of these great actors directed by Advait Chandan who worked on Like Stars on Earth as a production manager, which we recently experienced, can only lead to an impacting film.
