Jaguar XK8 Manual Swap: LHD Pedal Box Progress & Gear Sensor Update!

Описание: Welcome back to the O&DR Modurol workshop! In this update (MT38), we're checking in on our Jaguar XK8 manual transmission conversion project.

While the UK winter and some house repairs have kept me out of the garage recently, progress hasn't stopped on the bench. This video is a special update for Glenn and Stuart regarding the parts heading their way, including:

LHD Pedal Box Refinement: A look at the new left-hand drive adapter brackets featuring a 2-inch link for improved leverage and clutch feel.

Clearance Fixes: How we’ve adjusted the pivot points to ensure the clutch mechanism clears the brake lever perfectly.

Custom Pedal Covers: Showing off the new stainless steel pedal cover options and the steel accelerator inserts.

Gear Position Sensors: Finished samples of our custom sensor units with 2mm stainless steel links, ready for testing in the US.

Next up, I’ll be diving into the wiring loom installation (thanks to Glenn’s instructions!) and getting the gearbox back on track.
