2. Tofu Stew in Sweet Soya Sauce ===
3. Fried Onions ===    • Bawang Goreng Renyah  
4. Gado-gado Chips
5. and Sayur Lontong!

Ingredients:
Dried Shrimp
Stink Bean (Sator Beans)
Snake Beans
Chayote Squash or Young Papaya

Spices:
Indonesian Bay Leaves
Lemongrass
Galangal

Red Chilies, Spring Onions and Salt to taste
Shallot, Garlic, Ginger, Candlenut and Salt to taste
