Winter hike in one of the Hoosier National Forest's "Special Places," Hemlock Cliffs. Towering cliffs, waterfalls, and a box canyon. Though the official trail is only about 1 1/4 miles long, there is plenty more to explore along the many rock shelters, creeks, and waterfalls. Plus, though not included in this video due to my error in filming, there are a couple side trails that lead off into the national forest away from the recreation trail. I actually came here to scout out possible backpacking locations, but since it is posted for no camping and no overnight parking, I just enjoyed the hike. Always fun visiting a new place.
