A shocking case has surfaced from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, where a couple alleged that a property dealer kidnapped and held them hostage for 31 days to force them to transfer their 14-bigha land worth crores. Victims Om Gupta and Divya Gupta from Shahjahanpur claim they were lured to Kanpur on February 5 for an agreement and then abducted. They were allegedly kept in different hotels and a flat along with their 1.5-year-old child, pressured to sign property papers.
