Soft And Tender Siomai Recipe Paired with a Simple Soy Calamansi Sauce

Ingredients:
Ground pork
Mushrooms
Carrots
Garlic
Onions
Eggs
Black pepper
Salt
All purpose flour
Procedure:
1. Grind garlic, carrots and onions into the food processor
2. Followed by the mushrooms then grind again until everything is fully minced
3. Transfer the minced ingredients into the bowl of ground pork
4. Add flour, salt and black pepper
5. Add 2 eggs
6. Mix altogether
7. Fill molo wrapper with the created siomai filling then close (repeat until satisfied with the amount/number of siomai)
8. Place the created siomai into the steamer (you can also place lettuce into the steamer before placing the siomai, this would help in order for the siomai not to stick unto the steamer)
9. Turn on the stove, steam for about 30 minutes, close the steamer with the cover
10. Check if already cooked enough, once satisfied, turn off the stove.
11. Plate and pair up with your preferred sauce and enjoy!
Soy Calamansi Sauce:
1. Add soy sauce in a small bowl
2. squeeze five calamansi (can also use lime or lemon, use what's available)
3. Add toasted garlic and chili flakes
4. Mix well
