Hi, this video shows you how to remove a stuck disc form your Xbox One using the hidden hole located at the side of the console. You will need a long object less than 1.5mm in diameter and at just over 4cm (40mm) in length. An Allen Key (HEX Key) is perfect for this task.
Fist try a full power cycle to see if this allows you to remove the disc and if it doesn't then DISCONNECT the power supply to the console and follow the steps in the video using a 1.5mm Allen Key and then manually remove the disc. Make sure there isn't a label or something sticky on the disc which is preventing it from being removed.
