Ingredients:
Cup raw rice
1 cup Jaggery
2 cups of coconut milk
1/4 tbsp of cardamom powder
Method:
Soak rice for 2 hours.
Grind the rice to a thin batter.
Melt 1 cup of jaggery with 1 cup of water and strain it.
In a heavy bottom pan add rice batter,
2 Cups of coconut milk and jaggery syrup.
Keep stirring the mixture in low medium flame.
When the mixture thickens add 2 tbsp of ghee.
When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan it’s done.
Pour the mixture into a greased plate and spread it.
Allow it to cool completely.
Cut it into pieces and serve.
