In this video I combine the new water ramp Pokemon Jellicent with Snorlax EX, Rayquaza EX, and Ilima, for what is the ultimate bouncy deck. While not as consistent as top meta decks, it can still take a few of them by surprise!

While I do play these decks in ranked, these are meant to be fun decks with about ~50% win rate, sometimes slightly lower or higher depending on the cards I'm building around, so I generally do not recommend taking them to ladder unless you're feeling especially bold :D
