Mars' greatest city... is also its greatest enemy, gourging on its own innards, drowning in the shady deals done by mothers, fathers, sons and daughters. And in the deepest bowls, utter lawlesness rules, till Phoenix Industries proposes sending in their newest advancements in remote lawkeeping.

The Endless will not allow that. The Tower is blown open, infiltrated by their greatest assets, humans pushed so far to the edge of their kind that they might have crossed over long ago: cold, calculating death machines piloted by the brains of those that once had flesh for skin.

Someone talked.

There is a backdoor in the programming of the drones the board decided to ignore for now, thinking that such a secret would remain as such, until they could plug it. Now, if they do not physically shut the servers down, all control over the machines will be lost. The city will be handed over on a silver platter to the machine-son cult.

With news of a lone man hunting them after the disappearance of the son, and the recent escapade with the Phoenix daughter, the Endless are losing control. They will not leave survivors. It is time to send in the one man that proved he could do the job, and hope that he could scale the building in time.
