1 Corinthians is a letter written by the apostle Paul to a contentious people. He spends much of the letter correcting their negative and destructive behavior. Yet, here in 1 Corinthians 13, nestled in the middle of the constant correctives to chaotic Corinthians comes a beautiful gem that radiates the deep truth of God’s Kingdom.
