Do they actually give you an energy boost?
In this video I'm going to review the revvies energy strips. I saw these on social media and claimed to help give an energy boost, and through that might improve your running performance.
So I wanted to look into them and see just how good they might be. Could they help with improving your 5k time, or potentially help with how to run a faster marathon? If you're looking for tips to improve your running then these might be great.
These revvies strips contain caffeine, which is known to help improve performance across a wide variety of sports. So that might also include a triathlon for example, and might factor into a nutrition plan for a triathlon or a nutrition plan for a marathon.
I have one major gripe with the revvies energy strips and it's to do with the calorie content and that they're called energy strips. My worry revolves around the actual content and how it would factor into a nutrition plan, for example nutrition for a 10k or nutrition for a half marathon, and I worry people won't fuel themselves properly!
