Easiest Chop Suey Ever! Chinese Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe 滑鸡炒蔬菜 Chinese Veggies w/ Chicken

Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 5 pax

Marinating the chicken
====
1 chicken thigh meat - cut into strips & remove skin
2 teaspoons of cornflour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil

Other ingredients - add in sequence
====
3 slices of ginger
5 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 cup of water
100g of French beans
1/2 carrot - sliced
1/4 cup of water
Marinated chicken
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1/2 cup of water
10 pieces of baby corn
1 can of button mushrooms
1/2 a red capsicum - sliced
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine / Shaoxing Huatiao wine
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
