kobbari mitai
here 3 cups fresh coconut taken well grated and pulsed for 20 seconds.
1 and half cup sugar , little cardamom powder ,
in a thick bottom pan ,add sugar and little water
let sugar dissolve, then add 1 sp ghee mix well
now add coconut , keep stirring on low heat.
after 5 min , mixture forms small lumps and start leaving sides
add cardamom powder, keep mixing till mixture leaves sides completely forming large lump
transfer to a greased plate , even it
after 10 min cut and relish.
carrot besan burfi
1 cup grated carrot grind with 1/2 cup milk
1 cup gram flour dry roasted till well heated
1 cup sugar with little water dissolve in thick pan
once sugar dissolves, add ground mixture and gram flour
keep stirring .
take 1/2 cup ghee melt
keep adding ghee 2 sp at a time while stirring gram flour mixture.
saffron , dry fruits can be added
once mixture leaves sides completely, transfer to a plate
rest for 20 min
cut into desired shape
