Hello, what’s up guys this is Quickfire coming at you with the second episode in my first series of Classic World of Warcraft PvP Trinkets.
In this video, I will guide you through the process of getting one of the strongest and depending on the PvP presence on your server, trickiest to get PvP trinkets in Classic WoW, THE ARENA GRANDMASTER TRINKET.

Characteristics:

The Arena Grandmaster Trinket is a blue rare item that binds on pick up, has no level requirement and on equip increases your dodge chance by 1%. Additionally, upon use, it will grand you a shield that lasts 20 seconds and absorbs 750-1251 damage with a 30-minute cooldown.
Since this is an item with no level requirement, low-level twinks or alts also have the opportunity to obtain it. This will be especially powerful on these characters since the damage absorption will be the same at all levels. So a level 19 Rogue will get the same shield as a level 60 Rogue. This is what makes this item so desired at all levels in classic World of Warcraft.
Also, it is possible to equip two Arena trinkets at once, although they do share a cooldown on the active, the passive stat will stack.


Where to get it:

The Arena Grandmaster Trinket can be obtained in the Gurubashi Arena in Strangethorn Vale. The fastest way to get there is taking the flight point to Bootybay and exiting the city to the North while following the path through the jungle. Eventually, you will see a giant entrance to an arena with two big arches on your left. Inside you can find a colosseum-like structure as well as one NPC directly across the entrance. This NPC is called Short John Mithril and he will be the trinkets quest giver. Furthermore, a chest will spawn in the middle of the arena, which is also an open PvP area, meaning as soon as you enter everyone can attack you. Alliance can attack Alliance and Horde can attack Horde.

How to get it:

Now, this is where it gets tricky. The Chest inside the Arena spawns every 3 hours relative to the realm time. That means if the servers clock strikes 00:00 or 12 am, the first chest will spawn. After that, the next chest will spawn at 3 am, 6 am, 9 am, and so on.
Now having said that, the chest will not spawn instantly. When the clock strikes 12 am for example Short John Mithril will call out a phrase, then walk around the left or right side of the arena, depending on where your standing, down the steps into the middle of the pit. When he reaches the middle it will trigger the chest spawn and you will be able to loot it.
After looting the trinket, you can accept the Arena Master quest the looted item will give you and hand it in where Short John Mithril stands. Now you just have to collect 11 more Arena Master tokens from the chest and after that, you can hand in the Arena Grandmaster quest and receive the Arena Grand Master as a reward.
