▪️sugar ➤ 180 g + 1 tbsp
▪️salt ➤ a pinch
▪️vanilla sugar ➤ 1/4 tsp
▪️vegetable oil ➤ 100 ml
▪️milk ➤ 100 ml +150 ml
▪️flour ➤ 160 g (1 cup, 3 tbsp)
▪️baking powder ➤ 1+1/2 tsp
▪️cocoa powder ➤ 20 g
▪️instant coffee ➤ 1 tbsp
ingredients for frosting:
▪️heavy-cream ➤ 200 g
▪️chocolate ➤ 70 g
▪️dark chocolate ➤ 70 g
▪️chopped almond, pistachio and chocolate chips for decoration
