Road to 315 bench press max! My 1 rep max on bench was 225lb may 10th so hitting it for 8 today july 24th with no spot ain’t bad .. I prolly could’ve done another rep but with no spot I ain’t risking it XD
My bench routine
*3 sets 5X5 strength
*3 sets of burnout drop set for example 185 then drop the weight to 135 both to failure.
*3x a week
