Cardholders can benefit from free or discounted admission for their support person at participating venues, making it easier to access entertainment and recreational activities.

To get an Access2Card:
1️⃣ Fill out an application.
2️⃣ Have it approved by a healthcare professional (physician, social worker, pathologist, occupational therapist, executive director of a disability services provider, etc).
3️⃣ Pay the fee, send in the application, and wait for the card to arrive.

The card costs $20 for 3 years or $30 for 5 years.
