Ingredients:
2 tbsp Napolina Red Wine Flavour Booster
300g Napolina Spaghetti, cooked as per packet instructions
1 tbsp Napolina Olive Oil
1 tin of Napolina Chopped Tomatoes 400g
400g minced beef
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
1 tsp dried oregano
200ml whole milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan, to serve
Preparations
1. Heat the Napolina olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic, onion, grated carrot, oregano and salt and pepper to your taste, then mix together over a medium heat for 5 minutes until soft and aromatic.
2. Add in the minced beef and brown off in the pan for a further 5 minutes.
3. Add the Napolina Chopped Tomatoes, Napolina Red Wine Flavour Booster and the milk, then mix together well, bringing to the boil for two minutes then reducing to a rolling simmer for 10 minutes further.
4. Plate up the spaghetti into bowls and spoon over a generous helping of delicious Bolognese sauce, then finish with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and enjoy.
