In Malkangiri, I was requested by some people to visit a Chhatua or Sattu manufacturing unit located near head quarter at Chitrakonda block. I gladly visited the unit. It is being run by 10 former wood collector women those have formed a SHG namely Maa Bankeswari SHG.
It is a 3 year old unit. It is regarded as most successful SHG initiative in the district.
