Описание: Whilst maintaining the characteristics of the machines, the MACPAN range offers the possibility of kneading different types of products, with different consistencies and water content percentages. Designed to knead both soft dough (90% maximum hydration) and medium-firm (50% minimum hydration), with the MACPAN range you will finally find a machine that works with you, and for you. Instinctively simple, exceptionally high-performing.

Steel structure painted using non-toxic paints with food-grade certification.

Made of outstandingly thick stainless steel with a reinforcement at the base. Available in three versions 40, 50 and 60 kg.

The arms are made of 20 mm thick stainless steel, and mounted on self-lubricated ball bearings. The left arm is fitted with a “loop back” to capture the dough, while the right arm is designed to extend the dough. Beats/minute: 40 at speed 1, 60 at speed 2.

Made of spheroidal cast iron immersed in an oil bath to guarantee silence and durability.

All the machines comply with CE standards and regulations and are produced in Italy. Components/adaptation to meet the UL/CSA standard (non-certified product).

Self-braking two-speed motor. Available in 3-phase 2 speed version and a single-phase version with variable speed (INVERTER).

Standard supply of all the machines include 400 Volt 50 Hz 3 phase connections. On request, they can be supplied with different voltage

Drive transmission with pulleys and trapezoidal belts to guarantee maximum silence and reliability. The bowl is connected to a gear motor.

Anti-shock plexiglass shield. It complies with all health and hygiene regulations (Food processing machinery - Dough mixers - Safety and hygiene requirements EN 453:2000+A1:2009)


It is equipped with wheels for handling and two stabilising feet, in order to maintain the required hygienic level in your laboratory. Adjustable front support feet.


Mantenendo invariate le caratteristiche delle macchine, le MACPAN offrono la possibilità di impastare diversi tipi di prodotto, con diverse consistenze e percentuali di idratazione. Progettate per lavorare sia impasti teneri (idratazione massima del 90%) che medio-duri(idratazione minima del 50%), con MACPAN potete finalmente trovare una macchina che lavori con voi, e per voi. Istintivamente semplici, eccezionalmente performanti.

Struttura in acciaio verniciato con vernici atossiche certificate per uso alimentare.

Costruita in acciaio inox di notevole spessore con rinforzo alla base. Disponibile in tre versioni 40, 50 e 60 kg.

I bracci sono realizzati in acciaio inox, spessore 20 mm, e montati su cuscinetti a sfere auto lubrificati. Il braccio sinistro è dotato di un “loop back” per prendere l’impasto, mentre il braccio destro è progettato per stendere la pasta. Battute/minuto: 40 in prima velocità, 60 in seconda velocità.

Realizzati in fusione di ghisa sferoidale immersi in bagno d’olio per garantire silenziosità e durata.

Tutte le macchine sono conformi alle normative CE e sono prodotte in Italia. Componentistica/adeguamento normativa UL/CSA (prodotto non certificato).

Motore a due velocità auto-frenante. Disponibile in versione trifase 2 velocità ed in versione monofase a velocità variabile (INVERTER).

Tutte le macchine vengono fornite standard con collegamento in 400 Volt 50 Hz 3 fasi. A richiesta, si possono fare con tensioni diverse

Trasmissione del moto con pulegge e cinghie trapezoidali per garantire la massima silenziosità ed affidabilità. La vasca è collegata ad un motoriduttore.

Riparo in plexiglass anti-urto. Rispetta tutte le normative igienicosanitarie (Food processing machinery - Dough mixers - Safety and hygiene requirements EN 453:2000+A1:2009)

Dotata di ruote per la movimentazione e di due piedi stabilizzatori, per poter mantenere un livello igienico nel Vostro laboratorio. Piedi di appoggio anteriori regolabili.
