Ingredients
Shredded rotisserie chicken
Cream of chicken (22oz)
1 cup bone broth
1 cup frozen peas & carrots
2 tbsp diced onions
1/2 tsp Kinder's garlic herb seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika seasoning
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp dried thyme
Puff pastry dough or pie crust
1 large egg, whisked
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken, bone broth, onions, peas, carrots & seasonings. Add mixture to a braiser or pie dish.
Lay out puff pastry dough on cutting board. Cut into even squares (20-24). Layer over the mixture, overlapping slightly.
Brush puff pastry dough with egg. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
