This video uses the last of our banana harvest, and instead of letting any of it go to waste, I turned it into banana chips using a dehydrator.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been experimenting with different ways to use and preserve our bananas — letting them ripen off the tree, making banana bread, starting banana wine, and now dehydrating the final harvest for long-term storage.
This video shows the full process from start to finish — peeling, slicing, spacing on trays, dehydrator settings, and the finished banana chips. There’s no talking, just calm music and on-screen instructions so you can follow along at your own pace.
