Your glutes are essential core stabilizers, not just for looks! 😜
1️⃣ Glute Bridge - Exhale as you lift your hips up. Inhale as you lower down.
2️⃣ Double Clamshell - Exhale as you lift your leg. Inhale as you lower down.
3️⃣ Prone Hip Abduction - Exhale as you open your legs. Inhale as you bring them back together.
4️⃣ Prone Swimmers - Exhale as you lift your legs, then breathe normally at the top.
▪️Do 1-3 rounds of 10-12 reps depending on your time and ability level.
❌ Don't hold your breath during these exercises.
✅ Keep your core activated. Stop and reset if needed.
