DIY Master Bathroom Start to Finish | Cabin Flip Ep.12

Описание: We just flipped the master bathroom from the dark, nasty place it was, into this beautiful, clean, semi-modern oasis. Welcome to my best remodel project to date - the Master Bath Remodel!

The floor joists were destroyed, the walls were water damaged, and it looked terrible. Through the past few weeks we tackled this place one step at a time, from updated plumbing, to new insulation/walls, to the finishing touches with the tile and paint.

I hope you enjoy this realistic video of what a bathroom flip in the real world looks like. Only difference is that the real world still has more moans and groans than I portray here, along with a lot more time than this 30 minutes has.

This is our new journey in the real estate investing world where we'll take on a full cabin remodel in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The plan is to fully update and make this a short term rental or "vacation rental property".

I'm sure you've heard of investing in real estate and you've probably even heard of AirBnb, but how often do you see those two put together?

We will be implementing the BRRRR method where we Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and then Repeat. This cabin was already purchased $10K under appraised value so we are in the green. Once updated, our hope is to rent this out on short term rental platforms like AirBnb and VRBO, then refinance to pull all of the money out that we put in and do this again on another property.
