Sidenote: Prices are usually cheapest at Target (in CA where I'm from) I usually buy most of my drugstore makeup there. Ulta is my second choice bc sometimes they do have great sales. I usually order directly from Colourpop, never had an issue with shipping and their customer service is very responsive.
