For perfect decoration, you have to keep your whipped cream @ 12-15 °C temp, while working on the table.
Always whip your cream 1or 2 hours before making cake and kept in chiller.
While whipping cream your cream have to be chilled but it should be without ice crystals. Temp 0-5 °C.
When your whip cream comes to medium peak, then always switch your mixer into low speed to reduce the air bubbles.
(In these whole process your cream have to chilled)
