Pro Writing is an editing and proofreading software with a lot of great features that can help writers improve their first draft, as we covered in last month’s video. This month we are talking about their newly released Full Manuscript Critique function – which, yes, is an upcharge.
And I’m here to say – IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
Book editing software, like Pro Writing Aid, can be a big step towards a manuscript that is ready for readers by helping with things like grammar and spelling proofreading, passive writing detection, and repeated words or phrases. It cannot, however, read a manuscript and know what is going on. Here is what happened when I let it read mine.
