Understanding Agreements in DociShield

Описание: Agreements in DociShield send a PDF for e-signature, approval or viewing. Signers fill in fields, Approvers confirm and Viewers open the document, in rounds if you set an order.

How to do it:
1. Your Agreements: PDFs from your library, sent for e-signature, approval or viewing. Each person gets a private link.
2. Select Create and Send Agreement: Pick a PDF from My Documents and name it. Some screens say contract; it means the same.
3. Require payment before execution: After payment gateway onboarding, if your plan includes it. One recipient in the final round then pays.
4. Add up to 50 recipients: Give each one a role. Every agreement needs at least one Signer.
5. Three recipient roles: Needs to Sign fills in fields and submits. Needs to Approve ticks and approves. Needs to View just opens it.
6. Set a signing order: Off: everyone acts at once. On: each round is invited once everyone in the round before has finished.
7. Consents before the document: Recipients need no account. You can add Data Use and Storage and Right to Withdraw.
8. Use Default or Custom Settings: Use Default applies your organization's defaults. Either way, nobody can download or print until it is complete.
9. Place fields for each Signer: Signature, Initials, Date, Text and more. Every field is optional until you switch on Required.
10. Select Send: No drafts, and no editing after sending. DociShield invites the first recipients by email or SMS.
11. Every agreement expires in 30 days: You cannot change this. Unfinished ones show Expired, and every recipient link stops working then.
12. Completion and the Evidence Pack: One PDF: the executed document followed by the audit certificate.
