People pleasing/being a people pleaser has been one of the most damaging and reoccurring habits that I had growing up, and I think a lot of you might relate. I always find myself always going above and beyond to prove myself to others, even if that meant sacrificing myself.
Recently I've taken a couple steps back to sort of understand why I did this and what I tell myself whenever I want to stop.
I hope that I can help someone else out there that is going through the exact same thing:)
