In this video how show you how to replace upper timing cover and the VVTI magnet solenoid gaskets
over time they become brittle due to heat and start to leak. This job is done on a 2017 Audi Quattro A3 2.0l. For this job I recommend you use OEM parts from the dealership
TOOLS USED
small flat head screwdriver
vice grip
T30 torx
10mm wrench
pick tool
PARTS
VVTI magnetic solenoid adjuster seals part # - WHT-007-212-B. from AUDI DEALERSHIP. Audi calls them seal rings
-OEM PART # - 06K103483, 06L103483A, 06K103583
MFG PART # - 872.370, 872370
