This is a nutritious mixed-vegetable roti made by combining aloo (potato), gajar (carrot), and muli (radish) with whole wheat flour. ✅ Simple Recipe (if you wanted it)
Ingredients
2 medium aloo (boiled & mashed)
1 medium gajar (grated)
1 medium muli (grated & squeezed to remove excess water)
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp ajwain or jeera
Salt to taste
A little green chilli/coriander (optional)
1 tsp ghee (optional)
Method
1. In a bowl, mix mashed aloo, grated gajar, and grated+squeezed muli.
2. Add salt, ajwain/jeera, and any optional spices.
3. Add wheat flour and knead into a soft dough. Use little water only if needed (vegetables already give moisture).
4. Rest dough for 10 minutes.
5. Roll into rotis and cook on tawa with or without ghee.
6. Serve hot.
