QUESTION: Once everything in Revelation has happened, what kind of work will we be doing? Will we be able to do some of the same things the angels can do?
Yeah, this is essentially asking what will life be like in the eternal state (sometimes represented as “What will we do in heaven?”) The book of Revelation ends with the millennial reign of Christ, terminated in the White Throne Judgment at the end of human history in what’s known as the “eschaton”—the last day at the end of the world. From there we see John’s vision of the bride of the Lamb, the new Jerusalem, coming down from heaven to receive the new Earth where God lives among His people! End scene!
