Описание:
🫐 Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 150 g sugar
• 100 g butter, melted
• 250 g kefir (can be replaced with ayran or Greek yogurt)
• 250 g all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
🍰 Instructions:
Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes slightly lighter in color. There’s no need to overbeat.
Add the kefir (or Greek yogurt) and the melted butter, then mix until smooth.
Sift in the flour to prevent lumps, add the baking powder, and mix well. You can use a mixer at this stage.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it with butter to prevent sticking.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). Check for doneness after 40 minutes using a wooden skewer. If it comes out dry, the cake is ready. In my case, it took about 1 hour to fully bake, depending on the oven.
Decorate the cake with sweetened condensed milk and let it cool completely before slicing so it holds its shape nicely.
