This FLOW-3D simulation shows the extrusion of a Bingham material with density 1.1 g/cm^3, viscosity 2000 cpoise, shear modulus 250 Pa and yield stress limit 250 Pa. Such a material is similar to cookie dough. The material is extruded by applying a pressure of 200 Pa through the 2cm diameter nozzle onto a plate moving downwards at 4cm/s.
