These delicious chocolate fondants by Chef Tutor Helen Carey are rich and indulgent with a perfect molten centre.
They're gooey and utterly delicious served warm with cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
125g butter, plus extra for greasing
25g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
200g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
2 eggs, plus 2 yolks
100g caster sugar
To serve:
